• Your Citizenship ID/Passport/Voter ID/Business Registration/License number will be automatically captured as 'User ID' in 'My Business Profile'


• User ID for all Bhutanese clients is the Citizenship ID Number


• For Non-Bhutanese clients, the User ID is the Passport Number or Work Permit Number (only for non-passport holders).


• Companies or business entities shall use Business Registration/License Number for User ID


• Therefore, kindly use correct User ID Numbers while registering.


• While registering, use only valid email address, which shall be used for future correspondences and to retrieve forgotten password.


• Kindly ensure to use correct login credentials in all fields/requirements.
